  Actually I got a a slightly over the top idea but its a concept nonetheless.
  
  It could be a themed restaurant that customers have to work for their food. It could be like if he wants like extra fries on his meal he'll have to solve a IQ puzzle or something like that. Or it could perhaps expand further to like unless he accomplishes a certain task he'll not be able to order food from a certain section on the menu or something like that.
  
  It may or may not work but hopefully its still a fresh concept that no one has really done in Singapore yet...
