1 day 1 egg for weekday breakfast...
is already 12 eggs a week.... LOL....
Eggs are high in cholesterol when eaten too much can cause High Colon Cancer, Risk Ovary Cancer, Prostate Cancer.
nvm. i shall eat lots of tomato-ey stuff to prevent prostate cancer!!

When buy too many eggs, I always will boil about 6 eggs first. Then mash them with mayo, thai chilli sauce, pepper & sometimes apple cider vinegar. Place in tupperware in the fridge and I have sandwich fillings anytime I need them.
