Anybody any suggestion for breakfast intake ..???
Today?
Had Eggs Benedict at Roncho Santa Magarita, CA USA.
Piece of Ham, with two poached egg on top and both perched on a croissant half; drenched in Hollandase sauce.
With Ice Raspberry tea with no sugar and a carnberry nut topped muffin.
Depends on you really. What kinda of food you can and cannot take?
Granola cereals on plain natural yogurt.
1 hard boiled eggs dipped in soy sauce.
2 soft boil eggs with soy sauce and pepper
Omelette, sunny side up eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese & milk
Pieces of toast spread with butter, jam & marmite
Pieces of crispy fried bacons, hams & sausage links.
Waffles & pancakes
Hawker centre lor mee
You tiao & coffee
Milo and a steamed meat/red bean bun/ Mantou
Economy bee hoon/kway teow; vegetarian been hoon/kway teow with mock meats.
Packet of banana leave wraped nasi lemak
Thosai, Dilli & roti prata. (I forgot one one like rice noodles thing eat with orange sugar and dessicated coconut......dont know what its called.)
had a protein supplement after my workout and bread with peanut butter
But Kitty, do you actually know all the food you have mentioned above are HIGH CALARIES and LOW NUTRITION.....
I always have constipation problem when i eat those food, and i always feel lethargic ...

I take heavy breakfast, really light to non existent lunch, and cold oatmeal porridge with raisins for dinner.
Along with one or two bottles of vitagen. Works wonders to clear out the stomach next morning.
And errmmm......redoxon vitamin c fizzy tablets in orange juice count?

My dear Kitty, Why you wanto have heavy breakfast but sometimes non-existent lunch ..??
Because......I am training myself to be a early riser.
And I centre most of the activities I really need to focus on, in the morning.
I didnt like taking lunch alone, especially at crowded lunch hour CBD areas.
And yes, I do snack during the afternoon or early evenings, if I do come across a free or cheap piece of bun/cake/sandwich/curry puff/fishballs, when I have activities at night. (That usually is the case since I lead a full life whenever I could.)

Kitty, actually i was introduced by a friend to take a HIGH NUTRITION and LOW CALORIES meal which you can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner ...
You can try it for your lunch since u dont like to eat alone ....

Actually i was suffered from serious acne problem since i was 15yrs old by taking the HIGH CALARIES and LOW NUTRITIENT meal like your mentioned above, and i was searching doctors and beauty saloon for over 7yrs to solve my problem as i didnt know actually diet play the main role. I thought i was taking every meal very healthily, eat more veggie, no chili, no fried food, but my acne skin still the same... so sad ...... everybody pity me please ..... i've no confident at all ....

Because when you grind down normal foods. They are still calories, sugar, nuitrition.
And certains stuffs that is selling as low calories, high nutrition stuffs is processed food.
Or you mean whether the MLM thing worked? I hated it, and I hate whoever tries to glorify such MLM and their products because its a pack of lies, with people trying to perpentuate the lies by trying to 'persuade' others and themselves to be believable.

Acne is not a result of food.
Its the result of hormones.
And since young, your hormones have not stabalised.
And if you want to discuss hormones relation to food. Then Milk, Beef & any product tainted with growth hormones is the reason your acne was un-controllable.
