  I don't know what that building is called exactly, but I believe the place you're asking about is just beside Smith Street. There is a CK department store on the ground level, and a bus stop right outside.

  You can always buy almond nuts from supermarket ,ground them on your own and spinkle them on your milk. Rich in protein and calcium, perfect for building muscles and bulking up.

  I'm a fan of almonds in its original nut form, not when it's mashed up and made into dessert soup or almond milk.
