Less fattening than KFC. Grilled/wood roasted, not fried. So less 'fat' quotinent. Else stick to the sides eg salad, pasta.

the sides are probably more fattening than the chicken/ribs. the sides are like carbo + those dressing.....

carbs is fattening? should be if portions consumed is large in proportion to daily requirments then carbs turn into fat. dressing - go without it? -
Homecooked is always better if you really want to enjoy a healthy meal. Unless you literally watch how much salt and oil that the cook uses, you never know how 'healthy' your meal is when you are eating outside.

anyone still remember the cockroach in the pita incident which happened in Singapore Kenny Rogers years ago?
I remembered visiting the Greatworld City outlet last year with my friends and a cockroach ran across our table during our meal. /puke
though we got a full refund on our meal, that's the last time I dined in Kenny Rogers. so dirty. no wonder their meals so cheap imo.

Ya. thus all their outlets changed from the previous country style to the present bright bright style. But imo, changing the style is one thing, proper cleanliness and hygiene practice is another.
I heard somewhere that if cockroaches come out during daytime, it normally means the place got a cockroaches infestation problem as cockroaches normally become active only at night. Dunno real or not, but seeing the roach running across our table enough to make my eyes pop out. /eek
Never been back. But whoever does, better keep your eyes opened imo.
