Let's say I wanna get my stall selling bak kut teh to get halal cert to tap in more market share..I'll just employ 3 Muslim helpers at my stall and abide by the criteria..so when the Halal man comes, he will give me certfication because I achieved the criteria...so when i get the halal sticker and cert..i'll get my normal chinese staff to man the stall instead...got the cert already...most see the cert, they think can eat already..

my friend reported before...but they smart..when the public asks the stall helpers where the muslim cook is..the owner will get a malay to man it..

maybe it is just an example, but still bak kut teh is pork, and there is no bak kut teh stall in Fork&Spoon
also if this is true, I have been eating at Fork&Spoon since 2004 when it opened at Toa Payoh after taking over the previous NTUC FoodCourt
5 years till now nobody catch what they are doing?

aiya it was an example about the BKT..
i asked my friend about fork and spoon just now...there got one shop selling the tripe, beef noodles thing is it? he said beside the japanese stall..has there been a Malay employee there or all the way Ah Tiongs?

Ah tiong. I cannot be sure whether malay lady was present.

I will interpret the statement, as long as the each Fork&Spoon Food Court employs 2 permanent Muslim employees as Halal Liaison Officers, it is ok
Perhaps no need every stall have 2 Muslim employees
