Here's a interesting recipe:
Butter a piece of bread on both sides. Sunk it into muffin bowl to make the bread into a bread bowl.
Toast with a aluminium foil over it to prevent it burnt.
Crack a egg inside, you can also sprinkle in parmesan cheese & pepper. Put back into the toaster and toast till you can see the egg white congeals.
Can boil a pot of water, crack the egg in and boil for 1-3 minutes depend how well done your half boiled you want it to be. Egg white is hard while the yolk is still pretty soft. Yum. Salt & Pepper.
woah, ages since i last have this for breakfast

Thats poached eggs.
You need some vinegar in the boiling water to keep the egg white together. And to take out the eggs, you need a slotted spoon.
And the water to cook poached eggs, can be used to make other soups.

I just tried making half boiled eggs.
My first batch turned out too watery, maybe its the size of the eggs and the water not hot enough.
I did a 2nd batch and it turned out fine. Though not as pretty as the picture above.
But since my landlady ran out of dark soy sauce, I had to make do with light soy sauce and some thai fish oil. Works well enough.
After the water had boiled, off the fire then add in the eggs. Cover for 12 minutes ( I use Seng Choon eggs). From my old girl besides me now.![]()
