As the title says, what do you think which thing is the best to put in a bowl of instant noodle for better taste and nutrients?
Please state an ingredient and the reason why you chose it.
For me, i prefer something meat.... but i am not sure wat ingredient to put haha.. thats why i set up this thread.

How about put egg?
Ingredients that i add into my instant noodle....
Basic.
1) Mince meat. ( anyone of --- pork, chicken, or beef)
2) Cilantro or you would call it chinese celery.
3) spring onion.
4) Seaweed. (sushi type)
5) cut chillies.
6) mushroom optional
7) shrimp optional
8) liver optional
9) if eat dry noodle add vinegar. Optional

For me I just put the whole egg together with the maggie mee to cook.
But the bad thing is some of the egg will get stuck at the bottom so abit wasted
if soup , put the fake crabstick ! why? cause they absorb the soup flavour well !
for dry 1 u put what also difficult unless u can get the sauce/ flavouring onto ur indeg.

I don't add the packet flavor because i don't take MSG....so i used other substitute for that reason. Crabstick are part of that catergory too.

there's this type of instant noodle (super expensive) that have a hole in the middle of the mess of noodle... just put the egg in, add hot water and put into mircowave...
I think HK will know know wat I'm talking abt...
If cooking normal instant noodle and I wanna bling/pimp/zheng/tune/modify it up, I'll add:
1) Lean pork meat
2) Eggs, beaten and added slowly...
3) add crabstick near the end...
Then maybe if need be, open some other canned food nor... A can of heated ba teng (plz do not throw into the microwave or else will explode) is damn tasty... especially the white fats ![]()

heeehee recently i try Tom yum instant mee with pork mince meat.. is very nice wor.
ingredients: Tom Yum maggie mee.
mince meat
lime juice
1) Boil water
2) Put 3 clove of slice gralic
3) 1 onion
4) 5 slices of lean pork
5) 3 mushrooms
6) 1 egg
7) Slice chilli padi
I always put these when cooking instant noodle soup.

Usually 1 egg.
I tried with 2 eggs once - the result was disastrous. All the egg congeals..a bit hard to swallow lol

fried bian yu (flat fish)

one egg will do
One packet of noodle - 40 cents
one egg from market - 15- 20 cents
gas used maybe 5 cents
Wow one meal leass then a dollar
Can eat and watch tv at the same time

I like to put dao geh (beansprouts) in mine. YUMMY!
If I eat chicken flavoured instant noodles, I'll make sure I don't use too much water and stir in an egg. Enhance the taste of the soup and noodles :D
