Anonymity doesn't embolden me, it only exudes my honestly and frankness about the issue at hand. Perhaps if I am acquainted with udontknowme, I might be less vocal and frank about my opinion of him/her, but nevertheless my opinion of him/her is still a moron. If I see this person on the street (no acquaintance whatsoever), I will still tell it to his/her face that he/she is a moron.
I have seen this person post lots of time, from all those post I formed a basis for my opinion. Besides this person, I think lionnoisy is also a moron, but he is the biggest moron.

I agree about the part where anonymity exudes one's frankness. Imagine someone lashing out an extreme opinion about certain issues, in reality we would have already gotten a punch in the face.But when we're all online, who's gonna know who we are?
But of course in the real world, we have to balance between frankness and EQ.
