I know where, but will not divulge because not many know, and hence they got lesser crowds, which is a very good thing for me.
So if you dunno where it is, blame Cynthia Phua.
yi shi jia is the stall manned by 3 ladies or the 2 guys one.. its based on the upper storey about right in the middle of all the shops right?

2 guys, and a lady, 1 elder, 1 younger brother, and the wife. Yes to all, they have relocated because Cynthia Phua chose to renovate that place one more time before the next election, like the last one.

Long ago, the yi shi jia no need to queue for wanton mee, the only 2 stalls that needed to queue were prawn noodles. And there were 2 of them close to each other one of them is after the soya bean drink stall.
shu jiao is w/ prawns inside
wanton is w/ meat usually pork.
and some stalls do sell fish dumplings.
shui jiao nicer

The difference lies in the fillings and size.
I personally prefer shui jiao/dumplings, more filling and nice.
