  I like the En Japanese Dinning Bar at Bt Timah. Jus celebrated my friend's bday there! Great sashimi, teppura and they even offer shabu shabu! Fantastic! Making me hungry!

  Well if you are looking for a good wine-pairing with your buffets, may I recommend the following:

   Diadema Rosso 2007 - A classic vintage from Tuscany. SuperTuscan blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. An opaque ruby with a bouquet of wild cherries, dark-fleshed fruit and Turkish coffee. A long finish with hints of vanilla and caramel. Pairs with meats and cheeses.

   Gold - Freshest white wine available. Harvested twice a year (Napa and Barossa) and exposed to sub-freezing temperatures to lock-in the freshness and flavours. Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and Viognier blend. Hints of citrus, ginger and honey. Also available in Rose. Pairs well with shellfish and light pasta. Also an excellent aperitif.
