So shangrila hotel $100 per pax buffet is the best and most expensive in town isnt it?
maybe go try there one fine day.
most asspensive does not mean it's the best.
I'm sticking with Basilico although the concept is different - the buffet is for salads, seafood, cold cuts and desserts but you order the main course.
Oscar's is alright, I reckon. The soups and desserts are more interesting and delicious than the mains themselves.

Go during the weekends
Got alaskan crabs and lobsters
About $70 +
Personally, I tired Carousel and I don't think it's nice or worth it. Very little selections to choose from. The only thing good - desserts.
the last time i had pizza hut buffet was when my dad was paying..
The one I frequent the most would be Sakura.
Go to the one at the science centre. (Widest selection)
The one at Clementi woods are a hassle. (You have to climb up a flight of steps to the next floor for dessert and some other stuffs)
