While the country is talking about cook curry day.......lets talk about Curry.
whats your curry taste like.....
The type of curry i like to cook.....with chicken....
Indian curry has alot more variation. I like mine with tomato
I also Pan fry fish with curry powder.
Yellow ginger with curry leaf.

i like indian fish curry.. i can't seem to replicate it at home
chicken curry is easiest to make..
and my neighbour's mutton curry is good.. but the cholesterol count is kinda scary

talking abt curry...
Quite sometime ago... there is the "Green Curry" cup noodle... quite delicious...
Now cannot find le...
Hokay... one more type of curry to add... Japanese curry... More mild, less spice and sweeter...
A recipe u can use with bbq chicken kebab is to marinate then later just apply some curry powder, soy sauce and salt on them then throw it into the oven... delicious...

i like curry chicken
the curry must be soupy, not too lemak
and i will drink the curry gravy *slurrps*
(used to know how to cook it but i have lost the recipe
vaguely remember u hv to add nutmeg and dunno wat....)

I like Curry puff. Thumbs up. ^^ Curry I usually dipped bread or roti prata into it to eat. Of course I also pour curry onto rice. My grandma cook curry I sniffed will sneeze a few times.

I found it easier when I didn't think of it as curry.

I love my husband's chicken curry
I would call it fusion coz it doesn't taste like Indian/Chinese/Peranakan/Japanese/Thai or whatever
But I would say that is the taste of our home cooked curry.
