hello all . I'm finding ways to have a heatlhy breakfast cuz my school canteen everything all oily and damn unhealthy , plus I also want keep fit . Any idea what kind of food can buy from outside or do at home (easy one) ?

Usually morning i also eat instant oat, but i add one uncooked egg inside the oat and eat.
Morning i also will drink teh, also add one uncooked egg inside the teh.
On top of that, i eat 2 halfboiled eggs and bread with jam(less sugar ones)
Afternoon i will eat fish slice soup, and drink teh o kosong
Tea break i eat dua bao and kopi
At night eat chicken fillet with asparagus and potato salad.
Chicken fillet can just grill or put in oven, very little oil.
I heard Teh with uncooked egg is very nutritious, some uncles more hardcore put uncooked egg with beer
Teh is always good
a) overnight oats (2/3 cup milk + 1/3 cup of oats in container; refridgerate overnight/no need to cook) topped with raisins, dried fruits (eg mango, apricots), berries, nuts, chia seeds, sunflower seeds etc in the morning
b) toast with eggs + milk
c) granola cereals + milk
d) porridge

i cannot tahan drinks with uncooked egg sia . the taste abit funny one . Btw I oni eat like 2 time in 1 day . Sometimes 3 times if I have the time to eat . Recess during school I eat , after school I go workout/train then go home have dinner . My dinner usually is rice with shredded chicken breast lol
btw , my training is not those people go lift weight one . I is go to a fight gym and train on muay thai and mma . hehehee ![]()

peanut butter, guacamole, hard boil egg etc
scrambled egg , toasts , tomatoes and a glass of milk !

Yeah, the husk got fibre.
Basically, how much calories I need to put out before lunch, is how much breakfast I eat. If I know I am going to push it, I have the whole english breakfast, force it in if I have to, otherwise, gonna regret before 9am tea break. But I don't eat at tea break, because it spoils my appetite for a proper lunch.
If I know I am going to be slack, just a bowl of cereal, or 2 slices of bread, again, nothing at tea break.

breakfast? i will go to the 24hr koptiam and eat parboiled eggs or sandwhiches with milk tea.
i am a very weird person, if i go for more than 1hr+ once i wake up in the morning without food, i will get sick/vomit/no energy.
so, i have no time to make breakfast at home as well, and so i eat out lor.
Breakfast cost me only $2, better than buying and preparing which can cost me time and much more money.
