  keke..me..me..me..too bad my bf and frenz all dun dare to eat..only me..so..seldom hv the chance to eat hum..unless wif my boss..sad..sad..sad..i prefer to be cooked a little longer den usual..keke..so..which stall sell nice one..? i think 848 yishun not bad..chilly not bad..

  boil a kettle of water...
  
  about a couple of kg of the stuff in a huge bowl....
  
  pour the boiling water onto the cockles and stir, moving the cockles about... after about 10 seconds, drain the water away quickly...
  
  perfect cockles slightly raw to just cooked

  sometime garlic with soy sauce will do...yum ymu
