  when i was in melb...we laughed at those in the group who bought tiger beer...because it's way fresher in sg than in melb...

  but if you wanna try hoegarrden in a cosy environment, chill out and enjoy your beer, try wala wala at holland village.

  For me, the best beer would have to be Corona....with a wedge of lime inserted to the bottle mouth....second would be Carlsberg and third, Heineken.....

  there are a lot of totally pissweak, lousy, crap beer which should not be even called beer in australia... one of them is Castlemaine XXXX....
  
  they have good beers there... Carlton Cold Filtered, Hahn Ice, Cascade Lager....

  Can find some good ones at Brewerkz ... lots of German beer on tap ... smooth malty slurps of beer with dense after taste ... hmmmm
  They have beers samples as well and come in smaller glasses so that u can try all their beer at one go.
  
  Perhpas shld hv a beer outing one of thesse days ....

  if there's only a choice between tiger and carlsberg.. i wld choose carlsberg.
