  1) Yes that is correct, the pricing is per head, regardless of member/non-member.
  
  2) We will be able to verify the person thru the data input into the registration form, such details as name, email address and phone number.
  
  Take note that registration fees are strictly not refundable.

  well, technically, the person that input the registration will know wat he/she has inputted becos it's their own info. so i guess there's really nothing to bring (for verification, that is).
  
  so be advised that if your friend is coming, get him or her to fill out the registration on their own.
