I intend to get my masters. And that doesn't affect my wish to get married at 23 and have 2-3kids before 30.

In fact, the main reasons for the low birth rates are caused by the increase of females receiving higher education, though there are also other reasons eg. high cost of living.
With females more educated, they have more say in the family.
1. More independent, do no have to rely on husband
2. They know the benefits of having a smaller family
3. Concentrate on career
4. Marry later, lesser child bearing years, thus less children
( i am not sexist and pushing the blame to women. but these are indeed facts )
Yet, with females receiving more education, the economy of the country has benefitted.
This is one of the problems that every developed country will have to face.
Though i agree that higher education among women has indeed caused this, i find no wrong in women having good education. We are all people, and we have to right to receive equal treatment.
