Should we revert to an ancient class system where the rich is not allowed to marry the poor and vice versa?

No lah... If the couple wants to have kiddy, they would die die try to have 1... Nothing to do with educate though it made average marriage age later

too much education now they don rely on man for livelihood as they can support themselves.
some even exploit laws protecting women and use them on men.
look at ever rising divorce rate. thanks to educated girls.
no more marry chicken follow chicken marry dog follow dog. now is no 5cs no talk.
look at those girls from vietnam and some parts of china. they receives little or no education.

comeon lah, the obvious reason to cause the shortage of baby bloomers in sg is simply because it is TOO EXPENSIVE to own one. Most couples generally still do not have the mentality to think that baby brings more joy to them instead of $$. Singapore is a money grabbing society, pple are all caught up in this rat race. therefore it is not because of a person's intellact but the mentailty that attribute to this problem. juz my thoughts...

Well I was pointing out the fact that the question of girls receiving education was an archaic one . In the old customs - if a boy is born into an "inferior" class family - he marries into the girl's family and take the girl's name.
