France
Russia
China
These countries are allowed, under a nuclear non-pofiliation treaty, to house, create nuclear arms. -

- once on september 19 and the other time was on sept 26. Both were to catch connecting flights at Changi but on sept 19 I had a long layover of 18 hours (I wanted it that way) and so I was able to see the city. I definately will be back...maybe this summer! I wasn't in Sg at night so I wasn't able to experience the nightlife.... 
Next time I will stay longer. -
Oh yeah last time I was in Sg the fountain was broken... or just not turned on. Do they have that fixed yet?

Actually i read in the papers that a construction crane toppled and damaged one of the pillars supporting the ring, they closed it for some time to repair it.
The owners of Suntec were really pissed... -
due to the nature of intertwining roads, i'm actually about 17km away from it
and like hell i'm going to suntec on new year's eve. stick in eyeball would be more enjoyable. -
