  why should i leave when some companies here are paying me huge salary for my service?
  i will leave when the time comes. If not for the sake of $ iwould have leave this country long ago.
  i just hate it when they keep telling me to become sg citizen and get all the benefit etc...

  its not only me alone, there are so many of us here working in sg. reason being that we are being headhunted and offered salaries that we cannot resist to work here.
  but we do share some common opinion about the lifestyle here.

  this is exactly what our govt is concerned about. People like you staying in singapore making good money and yet say it out loud that you will leave when the time comes. that's why our govt want to differentiate between PRs and singaporeans. If you think we are pathetic in trying to recruit foreign talent like you to become citizen then listen to this..
