Colourful cartoon cows....

Hey, has anyone noticed that colourful 2-dimensional cows are appearing at certain places around Singapore? They're in red, blue, yellow, etc.
This afternoon, I saw some at an open grassy area near Whitley Road. Then this evening, I just noticed some in the east too, at the grassy patch just opposite the Lagoon Hawker Centre.
Are these some advertisements or is this gonna be permanent fixture in our landscape?

Oh yah hor.....there have been oxtails handing out from the backs of buses and taxis. Maybe its the same group of cows.
Wah, these colourful cows are not cheap leh....weatherproof paint, life-sized, etc. -

If I pass by later, I will take a pic.
