Saw some today too... at fort canning park (near the Legends Country Club) and at the grass patch along orchard road (opposite to LeMeridien Hotel) .
They put them in some funny locations, where you least expect to see them!! funny....my friend was telling me that they are moving the cows around so you see them for a day or two and then they disappear!! is this true?? any one knows? -
