What's the point of getting married....?

Well, i guess you will know once you met the gal who you wished that she will have her all by urself and wants to wake up with her every morning.. I guess getting married is not easy, right now in this society.. people tend not to get married and see no point in that.. since having a gf is the same as getting married.. (if you two are staying together), well.. it is rather sad.. I wished i can find the guy who will stay till old with me too.. Maybe we will not end up together.. but at least i try and i loved him b4 right..

They might want to have kids to add to this new family and to pass thier values. Also perhaps the kids are an expression of thier love.
True marraiges are built upon love. A love that communicates openly,a love that trusts and a love that has a desire to remain loyal to one's spouse.
Love never fails. Its when either one or both parties refuse to communicate,refuses to accomodate(not compromise) out of love for the other or simply gets tired.
When you love someone, no matter how long you've been together with that person, you never stop trying to make the relationshiop work. Even the best couples have arguments, but it is how they dicuss these that determine the outcome.
Though, there's no such thing as "love at first sight", for love is nutured and cultivated, there is true love. True love also consits of love simply for the sake of loving,the love between friends,etc,etc. -

with the rite attitude and heart towards marriage....plus communication to keep up with changes and skills in handling conflicts etc etc....a marriage will last...
we were shouting and screaming for divorce once but now we hv matured and treasure all time spend together and with the 3 kids....
we hv learnt not to take each other for granted and learn to resolve any conflict and not mix disagreement with love.....
its tough but if we all try, marriage can last!
i can say,.....our love is much riches than our courtship days!
