Caught a person trying to take snapshots of a girl in Taka..

Caught him taking pictures , when i peered over his handphone and he was trying to twist the phone to another angle to prevent me from starin' continuously at it..
About quite short, about 1.55 metre..wear black spectacle, black shirt using motorola handphone..
At a bus stop behind Takashimaya, felt like grabbing his shirt ...
He went again for another shot hiding behind the noticeboard in the busstop, pointing his handphone at the girl and photographing her back , i noticed him cause he was behaving very strangely..adjusting his handphone particular towards the girl and directly behind....
Im opposed against men who take pictures of people without their permission.
What's your view? -

If I remember correctly, the owner of the pix is legally defined to be the person who takes the pix, not the subject of the pix.
So, unless if the pix are obscene (e.g. upskirt, downblouse, etc), there's nothing the girl in the pix can do about it.
Still, I say that such people who engage in such tactical picture-taking are perverts who are also cowards to boot. If you want to take a pretty girl's picture, the most decent thing to do is to ask for her permission first.
If the photographer doesn't have the guts to even do that, then he's just a pervert and coward who unfortunately cannot be given a deserving hard backhand slap across the face by the long arm of the law. -

Anything that is non-offensive in the eyes of the law is legal.If you happen to think that is offensive though it isn't, go suck thumb.
