Computer Wiz needed...What actually happen?

that's the problem....no head no tail...at least giv us the specs for the computer set up or at least let us know the computer's brand and model number/ series number if its OEM so that we can help to eliminate or isolate the problem as not hardware related. unless someone really encouuntered the simlar fault code will he/ she be able to bring forthe the experience, or a tech guy may happen to read this thread and offer some advice.

IT is your motherboard, motherboard voltage Intermitten!!
Meaning it is flucuating inconsistently causing the lack of power voltages to your motherboard CPU, cache and stuff causing it to shut down.
SO MEANING your motherboard can go find new one liaoz..

that is a typical "blue screen". I got it many many times, but its ok.
this occurs when there is a device in conflict with your computer....most probably a "new" modem or graphics card or something.....
this causes the conflict and sets the computer into a safety function known as the memory dump..... (NOTE: DO NOT switch off the computer while the program is DUMPING!!!!, else you may corrupt the computer data or cause it to crash, just let it run finish).
The way to remedy this is to check through the device manager or download new drivers, if its hardware, then too bad, the particular modem or graphics card or something is not compatible with your computer set up.
This is correct as i found the thread in the intel problems and solution pages while i had the problems sometime back.

@ that blue screen, it always seem like forever before it moves or it never even move.
If u say wait for it to finish DUMPING. Then what is the estimated time dude to wait for it finish DUMPING?
Care to share with us for the benefit of the poor guy who has the problem or others who might encounter this.
Did u wait for it to finish DUMPING if ur computer is going to boot up to that screen all the time? I believe there are other computer pros out there who might know of this problem too but practically speaking, no one would wait for it ba..

8-10bSODs in 2hrs
sometimes it mentioned sysaudio. something, probably sysaudio.sys
anyway i let it dump the memory and i do get BSODs though not as frequent
so waht;s next ?
i've noted an exclamation mark on the tab "other devices" and there's another exclamation mark on "multimedia audio controller"
