Then there's a joint singles scheme too, for 2 singles to buy a flat together. -

how about a penthouse on 30th storey building, does it come with a private lift? How is the private lift like and how it operates??

Not necessarily. I'm living in a 38 floor apartment, and theres no private lift. I am very curious about it. I personally like this type of house.
Then ask yourself, if your penthouse is the last and only unit on the top most floor, chances are no one living downstairs will still be in the lift with you.
Then throw in some security features like a lift control panel that only goes to the floor corresponding to your unit level according to the key card you hold. My apartment has it now and its fcuking ley chey. Theres almost no chance a stranger can ever get to your unit, theres even a chance a stranger cannot get out. -
