someone who looks like living next to you, literally. also has that kind of aura that shows friendliness, easy-going without being too havoc. contrast with those rich-gal type, born with silver spoon in mouth, like to kpkb a lot.

that's the problem, never judge a gal by her looks, looks are deceptive. Not all guys are like that , and similarly, there are guys who look beyond the face into her heart.
So chio can be conservative/liberal, same goes for less chio ones, though I find "Chio" a very judgemental and subjective term.
And it depends on the role the girl is playing, fling/gf/wife..
