I know. This job has least prospects and do the most sh|t for managers to climb up the ladder while he continue screw the people below him to protect his own job. Nothing new, its so political now, can't even work and its just depressing.. I need to change my line. Do something else and continue to pay bills. -

Ironically, in a study/poll reported in the Straits Times just a few days ago, Singaporeans are the most productive workers in the world.
However, this does not translate to higher salaries as compared to other developed countries lower on in the rankings.
More productivity equals more pay ?
Not so in Singapore.

10 indians in india -> cost SGD500 in total -> do job X
do you ever think that your pay will be increased?
In fact, based on the fact above, i will propose to move the job to India as it's most cost effective and more productive for company to do so.
Unless singaporean can reduce its pay to SGD500, then the company will keep job X in singapore. -

1 singaporean work 12 hrs a day to do job x.
The 10 indians work 8 hrs a day to do job x.
Results: The Singaporean is killing him/herself. -
