It doesn't make sense to do that, since the legal age to have sex is 16. Pre-marital or post-marital sex is entirely up to one's choice. Just as you can't force somebody to abide by the abstinence vow, you can't punish somebody for doing what you think is wrong.

How are we gonna find out who has had sex and who has not? There is really no point in enacting a law that is impossible to enforce.. like the fine for people who do not flush the toilet after use... a ridiculous law that is impossible (and has never and probably will never) to enforce.

And besides are we going to have toilet enforcers checking the toilet bowls after people have used them? After all, I dun think any police officer would be so bo liao as to run after, arrest and bring back people for not flushing the toilet.. -
