  IT diploma Holder from ngee ann... + 1 year Bachelor of IT from QUT (australia) results average C+/ B.. earning 3.5k per month... no prior working experience.... consider high pay?

  Fresh grads are probably getting only SGD2K at most now.
  The pay you indicated is probably more than what some grads with 5 years working experience are getting now.
