What happened to LCK HDB estate?

Vacated under HDB SERS programme, the residents were offered to relocate to Jurong West N3 (or Choa Chu Kang?) if I remembered correctly. -

We cannot only see the prosperous times in our memories. There is also such similar type HDB flats in Sengkang ( previously known as Buangkok South Farmway 1 ), the one opposite Esso, now its gone, left one grass field.

it's pretty spooky thinking about wat happens if suddenly everybody's dead, then all hdb blocks vacant, playground vacant, wet market vacant and loose windows hanging around.....then it'll be like that place....

hi all.. theres also another place similar to the vacated lim chu kang flats..
its at Seletar West Farmway 1.. jalan kayu turn left at the junction where the old folks home is located (after esso). blocks 1 to 7. also vacated a few years ago but was never torn down.. -

the last survivor was a coffeeshop in one of the blocks.. there was a nice bak kut teh stall.. any one knows where it moved to? -

Yes yes, I know the one hidden inside Jalan Kayu one also. But now, as the population is getting older, we need to consider on the travelling, facilities as well as accessibility of the elder residents living in such estates, sooner or later we have to knock down these estates and relocate the residents to a better, convenient and accessible place.
