where sillyporeans will get suckered in with hdb upgrading..jobs..casino...gdp growth....terroisim etc etc...and if i recall...the ers shares is due for cash out during then...they will most like give more bonus shares
any fees increase will be done within this yr...one year later everyone will have gotten used to it and 4gotten abt it in 2006...then after ge all the prices increase again and the cycle repeats -
