  lucky my indian neighbours are not that bad...
  
  sometimes in the late nitez..i will hear my neighbour playing those indian drums..its not really loud actually..but somehow felt abit irritated by the sound..so i will just get up and knock on the wall and he/she will get my meaning and stop for goodness sake~

  or u can take revenge, go buy a speaker with subwoofer. when they are sleeping you dont sleep, you turn on music damn loud, or better yet, you go to a construction site and record the noise, then you play damn loud and you go out of your house. do it everyday until they stop.
