  ICT is in-camp-training which is aka reservist.
  
  you can only write in to request for deferrment, but not for shorter ICTs. approval is given on a case-to-case basis.

  i agree with ur figure... tat makes 4% of sg population who earns 100k pa... MOST sg earns ard 30k pa... why else u think tat's the min. income for applying credit?!
