I had an experience once...
I was outside an MRT when one blind uncle approach me asking me to help him tok to the MRT guys to let him sell tissues or something like tt...cant rem...too long ago...
I was deciding hw to help him when a bunch of guys from the MRT shouted at me to gt away from the uncle...saying tt he cannt do his business there...or something like tt...
I left the place without helping the uncle and I felt really guilty after tt...
I know there r rules and regulations but it doesnt do much harm to let an old uncle sell his tissues there...
Dunno why they dun let him do tt...
