To me, its kinda fun and iexciting to meet people online. I like the feeling of anticipation. ^^ Plus its something to do.
I got a very high curiosity for people de.. especially for those i chat with. it doesnt really matter whether they are pretty or not. ( in most cases, its not), well, i just want to see them. But normally after tat first meeting, i probably wont see them again. Not many people / things interests me for long.
There are always exceptional cases though.. I made a few friends online. ^^
From past experiences, ( i have been using internet since 1995. using 28.8 dail p.s =X) I noticed that most girls are more dao and daring when they are online compared to real life.. Not to mention about other aspects, ie, their charcater.
the main thing is most people are different from the image they potray online~ It doesnt matter how good ur academics are, what achievements u have, u pretty / handsome or not. All these are hide behind ur computer screen. Which make it interesting. Cos u can be what u want. and of cos blurt out what u want. A good example is maybe SMAP? =P
Although we are in the 21st century, not everyone likes online meeting de lah.. most see it as no difference from those people u know from pubs / bars. tat, meaning, good to know during that moment, but not the sort u will start a relationship with or become friends.

haha mine was last year,we knew each other on irc and slowly became good frens.about 3 months later we went out on dates..haha wonder if tat counts cuz we both had to knew each other b4 actually going out..haha
