Many rude, stressed up and ignorant people in public now. I think here people lack social grace and eittquette...Damn bloody system here which grooms people to chase paper and money.
Today saw bus driver scolding passengers to move to the back of the bus. Why cant they just install a PA system in the bus and kindly make announcements? -

Not all singaporeans are rude, and that's the same for people from other country be it china, hk or malaysia etc...
we should look at ourselves b4 we comment on other ppl. Basically most of us are just a selfish bunch of people. -
I agree with your comments on Singaporeans in general. However, in the case of the bus driver, he wouldn't need to say anything if the bloody pricks(Singaporeans) in the bus had the initiative to move to the back so others can get in instead of creating a bottleneck at the front of the bus! Rude, lack of consideration and bad manners can be attributed to the hot and humid weather and crowded space in Singapore (where even a grocery trip to the supermarket is a torture when you can't even have peace for a moment to decide if you want an item, when others 'excuse' their way in front and at the back of you).
Prolong these 2 factors over the years and you get a nation of inconsiderate beings. -
