  what you see is the truth. I am indeed 16, "hell" to anyone can be perceived in different ways. I will not consider that i have gone through "hell", even if i said i did, some other guy will come up and say i've gone through worse and there will be a conflict on who is worse off. But, i can say that i have gone through tough times and instead of making things worse for myself, i decide to salvage the situation and make the best out of it. You are the only one who can make yourself angry or sad, i always reflect on that quote when i have the slightest tinge of anger or depression.
