Hmmm.... Most questions they will ask is work experience that you have, what kind of asset you will be to the company, any working hours problems, and then while asking, note your response. Not just the answers, but the way you answer so as to grasp as much of your personality within that few minutes of interview. So be prepared with answers to the general questions and if you are nervous and dont know the answers, remember that honesty is a preferred alternative than lies.
I believe all interviewees should show a lilttle nervousness, even if you are fully prepared. It shows that you are eager about the job. Also, one killer question is "why do you want to work here/with this company? " Prepare your answer for this one well. Please do not answer with "to gain experience", "I think this job is easy", etc. You will be outta that door faster than superman.

interview??? ya have been to ALOT recently... knn...getting a good employee is so hard nowadays.. sighz...
one joker told mi he WANT a pay increase by end of his probation and MUST be promoted within 1 yr...and he can finished learning everything about the company within 3 mths.... knn...he think he who?

Yesh : ) Actually, ev. interview is different, there's No telling wat an interviewer might ask. It's impt to be urself, so tt the co. noes wat they're hiring is the real u : )
Basically, u juz need to haf the right work attitude, dun try too hard to impress, be polite & try to ans the qns intelligently. When in doubt, juz ask. I told an interviewer once, "Pls be direct wif me, No need to be worried abt me being offended, I'm v. straight", & the interview went without a hitch. Of cosh, it helps tt she's really nice.
Some of the interviewers, being nice, will try to be diplomatic, but I noe next to Nothg abt diplomacy, cosh I tell it like it is... When I'm unsure abt wat they're asking me, I'll ask them wat they mean...

I told the interviewer during my job attachment interview that the weakness I had is my communication skill n I got booted out of the selection
