Mistreatment from Nokia customer service

Just got myself a new phone from Nokia and I DUN HAVE A PHONE TO USE cause its faulty. Send it in for repair and dun know when can get it back. Fustrated.

why neber kaobeh to them when u send in for repair....
i repaired my fone, quite fast leh
morning send in at 11.30am, after 3pm can collect liao.....suntec branch......
but now a few nokia undergoing reno....oni left a few outlets to do CS and servicing....
the Q horrible man...... -

They can't read minds, they can't tell thats the only phone you have, and you need a spare. -

my friend just got a new se phone for free... he sent in his for repair but apparently it is irreparable. so se gave him a new one

The story is that they always give you a dun know answer for your question. Ask them what is wrong: Dun know. Ask them when I can get back the phone: Dun know.
Told them I am fed up with their service and going to lodge a complaint against this issue and they say go ahead. -

will they be beaten jus bcos of your complaint? -
if not wrong only siemen offer T-loan temp phone
cause their phone return rate high
and try not to send them around june to nokia service centre

I know that they will not be affected by my complaint alone. But if everyone also think that way then no one will voice out when they suffer unfair treatment from these big companies.
I only feel that if there is unfair treatment then we should voice out otherwise the service is not going to improve. -

is there a big banner in NCC tt if fone has to be left at the center for repair, customer, by default, will be given a temp fone to use?

Tink we have to be first politically correct.
1) must check whether there is a statement in the agreement tat there is a loan-phone when u send for repair.
2) If yes, then they are playing cheat, if not, then if they give loan-phone, it is out of service tactic and cannot be taken as a norm.
3) Like any appliance, say TV, if I send in for repair, I dun get t-loan even if it is the only tv at home, unless there is an agreement.
Singaporeans, dun get use to taking things for granted! Unless there is an agreement.
I once visit a hawker char-kway-teow, and the owner actually put up a sign "If dun want want si-hum, please inform" so people cannot complain when there is bloody hum inside the dish. Get my point? -
went to Nokia care centre to repair my fone 2ice, their attitude lousy~
ah beng and ah lian serves counter.
luckily the co. is in probe -
