The issue of this topic is not about the loan of a phone when we send in our phone for repair. Its about the service and attitude you get from the service staffs. I dun need a loan phone from them I only want to know will my phone be repaired, when will it be return to me and also if its that damage that I can't get my phone back after so many days, will there be any problems in future?
I got a new damaged phone and the manufacturer is not bearing the responsibilities.
Note: I called them 'n' times to check on the status of the repair and the only answer I got from them is DUN KNOW

Recently sent in my 8 months old 6610i for repair as the line drops midway through talking...left it with them for 3 days...got it back and they were telling me all fixed...same day, use the phone and same problem occurs...now they are telling me it is the sim card fault, so must go M1 to rectify...worst they erase all the phone memory and downloaded tones...
