But then again humans breathe....and airborne diseases can be be transmiited by air (by people's breath). Bad breath also can be transmitted by diffusion, convection, or whatever bombastic scientific terms you can think of. So should we ban humans breathing?
There's always some things people do which others don't like - could be smoking, or prosmicuous lifestyles, or even usage of obscene language, etc. Some may indirectly affect us. But are we gonna form strong opinions against all these people who affect us - which means the majority of the world? -

If I am conscious of the fact that I am actively offending someone and at least try to reduce it but maybe fail at it.. at least I have an excuse. But if you were smoking and you know that 2nd hand smoke is more poisonous and you purposely walk and smoke in front of other people, blowing the smoke into their faces...then don't you think the people around you deserve a fair chance of not getting lung cancer because of your actions??
Some of you might say that there are 10000 other ways for u to get lung cancer and all, but AT LEAST something must be done to reduce the chances of getting lung cancer....
