Why Singaporeans cannot dress properly?

I was working at a toy store at Orchard yesterday. Although I only work for 3 hours, I saw more than 20 people entering the store zaogeng.
The worst thing is more guys than girls expose their butt crack. What the hell is going on? 
The girls mainly expose their cleavage and belly button...
If you see people zaogeng would you tell them that their exposing or would you keep quiet? -

lol, i always see stupid guys wear their pants like at their knees instead of their waist, I always wonder why. whats so "cool" about looking like a 2 year old who cant even wear his pants? worse still as a result of wearing their pants at the knees, they always show their buttcrack and walk like penguins. the society is always everchanging and evolving.. the trends now will definitely run out and new ones will come in.. we just have to learn to accept the fact that there are people who actually think this kind of dress sense is trendy and cool. "one man's meat might be another man's poison"
