Cool!! I am glad you people don't find it cool. I thought I had to wear my trousers below my arse to be liked and accepted by school guys.
But yes, most local and a few white guys I know wear their trousers like that. I think they do it to make their trousers more baggy, or as my fat chubby aussie friend says "to hide his arse" by making it less protruding, only he doesn't show his butt crack, coz its covered up by his long shirt. But admittedly he does look less fat when he does that. -
