For anyone to come in and lament bout this, is just pure lame. Really! Just suck it up and move on. All that rubbish about how a kid will be scarred for life if he's scolded or beaten is just nonsense. Think most of us who are in our late 20s and above were caned and scolded more harshly. BUt i don't think we came out impaired or traumatised.
Moreover, in the workplace, do you seriuosly think your boss is going to say "I understand. It's okay. Take your time."??
