  i thought of it once before... but everywhere we go, we will face different problems, and have different advantages...
  
  sort of like, if i go over to melbourne, i'd not be able to easily find a job there as my skills are limited... the pay may be higher than here, but so is the tax.. cars and fuel will be cheaper but public transport is very expensive...
  
  there can be industrial action... there can be drought, sandstorms.. blah blah.. but it is also a great place to live in.. also a whole lot more responsibilities..
  
  moving from home to another place is not easy..
  
  the long and the short of it... i like here.. it's home.. and being home, i accept and embrace it.. warts and all

  Think the system here is unforgiving to underachievers and taxing on achievers In other countries like aus, u have to be independent but there are flexible system there to adjust to accordingly. Some things here are not exactly fair in my opinion.

  very superficially.. the gabrament may help short-term, then try to help the people find jobs and stuff like that.. but ultimately, no one gets a free ride... brutal but it discourages dole-bludgers

  it is.. with the "new economy", companies want to hire contract workers, and don't even hesitate to retrench and feel no loyalty or a sense of duty to their staff..
  
  people were happier in the past because people had simplier needs and wants then...
  
  i guess it's like that.. when people want more and more, they become less and less happy...
  
  here, i'm kinda glad to say that i'm a happy dude coz i've not many wants and needs.. just simple ones
