they want to con ppl also never check the local time one ah? heng i put my hp to silent mode... if not will get awaken by the call liao...

when u fill up lucky draw forms, ur numbers r easily being sold to these ppl... there r companies who does the selling as well...
e.g: u sign up smtng from XXX company... den XXX company will sell ur number to another party, hence, XXX makes profit....
e.g: lucky draw at ABC shopping ctr. u happily fill up the form n when it ask for u contact no., u fill it in as well. Mr. A walks over n spots ur contact number. u have no idea who or whr does mr. A comes from. he will den get ur contact. he might be one of the con-man.
my advice is dat, nv fill up the "contact number." part in surverys, and lucky draws. even when u fill up application forms n such, if possible, tell them to mail the things to ur hse...unless u r applying for a job lah... -

Now that you guys mentioned it.... I received a missed call a few days ago. I didn't pick it up, for I was busy at work and my handphone was on silent mode.
I was puzzled when I realized that it was a China number, for there's no one I know in China as far as I can recall. Now I'm starting to think that it may have been the work of those cursed hoaxers.
Which begs the question: how the heck did they get my number?
