Get the right job or training that others will need. Nursing is a good vocation, especially male nurses, 'cos physically they have the advantage for certain types of work. There is a dire shortage of trained nurses in many of the countries you mentioned and they operate a point system. If you have the skill they need, you can emigrate more easily. OT aside, there is something called state-sponsored migration where you have to reside in a less developed part of a State for a period of 3 or 5 yrs I think.That will contribute more points to the total you need.
