  btw, it isn't as difficult as you made out to be If not, yo ucan pay your hostee to upload your files or even design your site If you don't like it, I recommend you to try using some free webservers e.g geocities, they work almost the same as a normal website, just that you can't install scripts like php, forums.

  lolx, maybe because these are the two (and some others, but you can try looking), I can confirm plus chope they have a 99.8% uptime and will help you design webpages, lolx. Oh yah, they have a demo cpanel btw! you can log in and see how the contro lpanel looks like (they have the password for you to log in for the demo)
